It's a great pleasure to make a brief sketch, as an introduction,
of our Sennan Senior High School.
Our school is in Sennan City, southern part of Osaka Prefecture,
and is rather blessed with its calm pastral surroundings.
With only one course (general-course) settled, our school has some
1000 students attending. They are, in general, very naive and
carefree, but brisk and ardent, as the other side of the coin.
Founded in 1949, our school is to celebrate its 50th anniversary
the year after next. We staff members are now making a
fresh determination to make our school a unique, new-typed
prefectural high school.
How to be closely connected with its own local society and on the other hand, how to be internationally-oriented ---
this is the theme we now have to make.
